What we collect
When you sign up: your first name, mobile number, postal code, the month your plan resets, and which types of coverage you have. We do not collect insurance member IDs, policy numbers, health information or insurer logins.
When an employer or clinic contacts us: name, organization, email and phone.
How we use it
- To send you reminder texts before your benefits reset (usually two per year).
- To show you clinics near your postal code.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your name or number with clinics.
Texts and unsubscribing
You consent to receive texts from Expiring Benefits when you sign up. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored with our service providers (Google for data storage, Twilio for sending texts), which may process data outside Canada.
Deleting your information
Email paramd22@gmail.com and we'll delete your information within 30 days.
